Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardised test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for undergraduate hotel management programs offered by the participating universities and colleges.
The application fee of INR 750/- is to be remitted to complete the application process
The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

Electronic Common Hospitality Admission Test (eCHAT) is an eligibility test with an online personal interview for offering admission to undergraduate hospitality management programs in all International Institute of Hotel Management campuses located in Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore, Goa, Siliguri, Bangkok, Singapore and Samarkand. Candidates can take the exam from the comfort of their home through online mode.

Oberoi Group of Hotels offers a three-year hospitality management on-the-job training program at Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development and a correspondence Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Studies from IGNOU through its STEP (Systematic Training and Education Program) program.
Clear pass in Class XII as on 1st July, of the year of joining, from a Board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India. The programmes requires a Class X English score of 70% or above. The equivalent in CBSE is a B2 Grade or a 7 Grade Point or above.
Exam dates aren't fixed yet, but expect registration around February-April 2026, with assessments and interviews in April-May 2026, and results following in June-August 2026
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) conducts the IP University Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to the four-year program Bachelor degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) of IP university affiliated colleges.
Candidates must have obtained an aggregate of 50% marks on 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent.
